This event is a showcase for the volunteers of FORMAT23 to show and communicate work regarding their creative practice, organised by one of our FORMAT internships.
“My name is Tegan and I’m one of the interns for the FORMAT international photography festival! This year I have been put in charge of creating a showcase to celebrate the volunteers for their hard work and the time they’ve put into making FORMAT23 possible.”
This event will be taking place at YADA Collective on Friday the 7 April from 6:30 pm – 8 pm.
This showcase will intel 5 of the FORMAT23 volunteers presenting their work within a 15-minute talk regarding their creative practice, the work itself will be shown on either a projection, sculptural work, or physical hangings. There will be opportunities for the audience to ask questions or engage in conversations with the chosen volunteers. There will also be a collaborative slide for all entries from the volunteers to ensure inclusivity within this event.
Please come along and engage in some incredible works and conversations with our passionate and creative volunteers!
The event will be taking place at YADA collective, an alcohol-free venue.
