Open Call: The New Vernacular: Did I Stutter?

FORMAT is delight to announce the Open Call – The New Vernacular: Did I Stutter? launched in partnership with the Lagos Photo Festival and African Artists’ Foundation.

Applications are invited from artists and collectives with an established career in the arts; living and working on the continent of Africa and using photography or still image within their practice.

This exciting opportunity includes a fully funded residency and exhibition, in Derby, UK at the city’s arts centre QUAD. The successful candidate will take up their residency for 3 weeks in February 2020 and exhibit their work at the QUAD gallery in April 2020.
