FORMAT Print Market – Call for Emerging Photographers
2024 marks FORMAT’s 20th anniversary. To celebrate this milestone, on Saturday 16 March we are hosting a day of photography related events including a market which will showcase local and national photography organisations and businesses.
We are offering the opportunity to emerging photographers (aged 18 or above who are within the first 10 years of their professional practice) and publishers based in the UK to sell their photographic prints, zines and books at QUAD on 16 March 2024.
This is a free opportunity and all sales will go directly to the artist. Artist must be able to travel to Derby on Saturday 16 March 2024 and will need to manage their own sales on the day.
There will be limited spaces so applications will be selected by the FORMAT team. To register your interest, send the following to [email protected] with ‘FORMAT Print Sale’ in the subject line:

- Up to 10 images of your work (including prints, zines & photobooks)
- A description of what you plan to sell
Deadline for submissions Wednesday 28 February, 23:59 GMT.
T&C’s
- Artist must hold public liability insurance
- Artists must manage their own sales on the day
- FORMAT will provide artists with a table and chair. Tables may be shared between two sellers subject to availability and volume of stock.
