The renowned FORMAT International Portfolio Review is returning in the spring of 2025 and will take place in person at QUAD – Derby on Saturday 15 March.

FORMAT International Photography Festival’s renowned Portfolio Reviews are returning as part of next year’s FORMAT25 programme. If you have ever wanted to get your work in front of some of the most influential and expert photography professionals from around the world, the FORMAT Portfolio Reviews are the place to go. The reviews offer professional and career development opportunities for photographers. They are a great chance for you to meet new and exciting worldwide photographers making work in the contemporary photography industry today.

This year, our bursary programme will be offering 3 FORMAT Bursaries, with each artist receiving 3 reviews each.

We are pleased to be offering 3 bursary places, and also give an opportunity for individuals or organisations to sponsor the reviews and enable more people to benefit from the FORMAT bursary programme.
