Garrett Grove focuses on the emotional tension that stands between the demands of modern life and natural order.
He gained an MFA in Photography from the University of Hartford after completing his BA from Western Washington University, Bellingham, WA. Grove has exhibited both nationally and internationally, most recently at Organ Vida in Zagreb, and the Wrong Gallery in Marfa, Texas.
He is the recipient of the 2018/19 Parallel Platform Initiative, a 2018 Critical Mass finalist and was also selected as a finalist in the 2018 LensCulture Art Awards.
Alongside his personal practice, Garrett has worked as an editorial and commercial photographer.
