Roy Mehta is London-based photographic artist with over twenty years of professional experience working on personal and commercial projects.
His work is regularly exhibited in the UK and abroad, most recently as part of the Brighton Photo Festival; Tom Blau Gallery; Impressions Gallery; The National Media Museum; Les Rencontres d’Arles; Cape Town Festival of Photography; and as part of a group show in London organised by the contemporary photography publication, Uncertain States at Cass Gallery.
In 2012 he was commissioned for the Olympic photography project The World in London shown at the Photographers Gallery, London.
Mehta has published a number of books including Make Light Work; Coastline; Distant Relations and Different.
His work is in the permanent collections of the Library of Birmingham; The Harris Museum and Art Gallery, Preston.
Mehta is a visiting lecturer at the University for the Creative Arts, Rochester and Brighton Met.
