Yvette Monahan holds a MFA Photography from the University of Ulster and an MA Geography from Trinity College Dublin.
Her project Thousand Year Old Boy has been exhibited widely including at Photo 50, London; RHA VUE National Contemporary Art Fair; Belfast Exposed Futures; Peckham 24, Photo London; Solas Awards exhibition, Fotohof, Salzburg; RHA Annual Exhibition at the RHA, Dublin and Backlight Photofestival, Finland.
Monahan was one of six photographers chosen for the Irish legacy project and was the Winner PhotoIreland Portfolio Award and Slideluck Potshow.
