Paris based photographer Anouchka Renaud-Eck received her BA in Photography from the Gobelins l’école de l’image in Paris and her BA in Art History from the University of Paris.
She lives and works between Paris and India. Her photographic work questions and focuses on the construction of idendity echoing with the other. She mainly concentrates on the themes of the double, the twinship as well as the sense of belonging in a group in order to put the emphasis on the fundamental carateristic of the individual and its uniqueness within a group. Since 2015, She has been going to India where She has made many friends. And through the years, the same stories have been written around her. Since 2019 winter, She has started an on going – long term project in India about Arranged Marriage and Love in India.
