Ingmar Björn Nolting studied for both his BA and MA in Photographic Studies at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Dortmund, Germany, graduating in 2020.
A founding Member of the DOCKS Collective for humanist photography Nolting has won a number of awards for his documentary work including the 2020 Feature Shoot Emerging Photography Award and 2020 German Youth Photography Award.
In 2018 he was selected to attend the Canon Masterclass at Visa pour l’image in Perpignan and was awarded the Emerge Visual Journalism Grant, Germany.
