Damaged or defective Items:
If the items you ordered have been damaged in transit, are not what you ordered, or are defective, please email us at [email protected] within 14 working days of delivery providing as much detail as possible including, if appropriate, photographs.
If you change your mind:
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return an item. We can offer a refund on items returned in a re-sellable condition within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at [email protected] and return the item to:

The item being returned should be undamaged and unopened, including any shrink-wrap or protective wrapping originally supplied with the item. Returns must be securely packaged and should include the original delivery note. We recommend that return shipments are sent using a trackable service as item refunds will only be issued on receipt of the item.
